Perfectionist Coaching Case Study
0 CommentsPerfectionist Coaching Case Study
This ‘perfectionism’ was having a detrimental impact on their relationships with others, the hours they were working, and their own stress levels.
Their own judgment of themself, the personal need to be perfect, for their work to be ‘perfect’, was unachievable for them and their team. Leading to focusing on the negative when giving feedback to others. Unnecessary hours were also being spent changing work to keep improving it.
After introducing mindset tweaks, to feel safer in different standards of work. We put into place strategies and tools for them to use successfully in all areas of their work, and naturally, this also had a positive effect on their personal life too. They started to feel more relaxed, the team dynamics improved, and the hours of work lessened.
Their personal lives improved too.
If this sounds familiar to you, and you need a hand in tweaking it, please do get in touch.
