STAGE 1 – BECOMING UNSTUCK – 1:1 ONLINE COACHING – SHORT-TERM
For making a real shift in how you lead and feel
Designed for those ready to lead their firms differently and feel more in control, by strengthening skills, alongside the patterns underneath.

Over a focused period, we work on both the practical steps to change how your weeks run, and the mindset, beliefs, and habits that decide whether those changes hold.

This programme includes 9 sessions across 3 to 4 months · typically every 2-3 weeks
- An initial strategy session (60–120 minutes) including an in-depth review of your current situation, your desired outcome from the programme, and your strategy, including identifying potential hurdles to ensure greater success
- Six 65-minute online coaching sessions (typically 2-3 weeks apart)
- A concluding and forward-planning session to maintain direction at the end of the programme (30 minutes)
- A forward review (typically at 4-5 months) to tweak and stay on track after the programme, unless the programme is repeated (30 minutes)
- Summaries of all sessions
- Email or Voxer support between sessions, during working hours and within reasonable limit

STAGE 2 – BEYOND UNSTUCK – 1:1 ONLINE COACHING – ONGOING

Designed for those who have already taken the Unstuck Programme, or are already familiar with coaching (but it is available to all). You have already seen what can shift in a few months, clarity, better decisions, less overwhelm, stronger boundaries, assertive approaches, improved profitability, a calmer way of leading.

- Six 65-minute online coaching sessions (typically 6–8 weeks apart)
- A concluding and forward-planning session to maintain direction (30 minutes) (at the end of the final programme)
- A forward review (typically at 6-7 months) to tweak and stay on track after the programme (30 minutes) (at the end of the final programme)

How the investment works
Each programme is priced at 90% of 8 hours of your firm’s hourly rate for your work. For example, if your hourly rate is £350, your investment would be £2,520 for the programme. A further discount is given on one subsequent programme.
I appreciate that your hourly rate is not what you are paid. I have been trialling this structure for several years, and it accommodates variations in salary based on seniority and location, providing greater access to high-level coaching.

Frequently asked questions
Each programme is priced at 90% of 8 hours of your firm’s hourly rate. As an indication, a solicitor or partner with an hourly rate of £250 would invest £1,800 for a nine-session programme. The exact figure is confirmed before you commit.
If you work across several rates or practice areas, we will agree a fair representative rate together at the outset, so the investment reflects your work as a whole, or the rate most often utilised.
Both programmes are priced for online sessions, which most clients find the most flexible.
Voxer is a voice and text messaging app. Between sessions you can reach me by email or Voxer during working hours, within reasonable limits, so you are supported when challenges arise rather than waiting for the next session.
Yes. Everything we discuss is treated in the strictest confidence, which is why so many firm owners and partners value having an independent sounding board. It is not legally protected as confidential, but is contractually treated as such. Exceptions include if there is a potential risk of harm to yourself or others, disclosure of serious criminal activity, or legal requirements to do so. Or, if it has been agreed in advance for information to be shared with management.
