A boost for calm, composure, and conviction – 10 minutes (approx) on a Tuesday morning.
Week One – release and lessen anxious or other strong emotions
Week Two – access a feeling you would prefer to feel instead
Week Three – feel calmer about upcoming potentially stressful situations
Join in, it is free. I will be using something called neuro-linguistic programming techniques (visualisation methods mostly) to help you feel calmer, more in control, and happier.
