If, you get close to your goals, or even achieve them, and then undo them.
 
Or, perhaps, you suddenly lose motivation, interest, or action.
 
Or take other action that isn’t helpful. Despite it being an important goal, or change, for you.
 
It might be that you are self-sabotaging, or shooting yourself in the foot, as the saying goes.
