The Law Society of Singapore Training: Coaching Culture in Law Firms

On 13 July 2022, Simona Hamblet delivered a two-hour SILE-accredited CPD webinar for the Law Society of Singapore on how law firms can use coaching to attract, retain and promote multi-generational talent while maintaining profitability.

In promoting the event, the Law Society of Singapore identified ‘an increasing demand on law firms to motivate, support and retain multi-generational talent, all whilst focusing on profitability’ in a changing financial, regulatory and technological environment. It also noted the growing use of coaching and coaching cultures as part of law firms’ retention and talent management strategies.

The session was accredited for 2.0 Public CPD Points and covered the use of coaching and coaching culture as part of law firms’ retention and talent management strategies.
